If you choose to use Maxine’s Pristine Cleans’ regular services, on a weekly or fortnightly basis, you will have the same cleaner for each clean. Having the same cleaner for each visit means your cleaner can get to know your home and therefore your specific cleaning needs.

 

3.       Cover Available:

If your cleaner is not available (ie. In cases of sickness or holiday) there may be other cleaners available to cover your cleaning. You do not need to miss a clean if you prefer not to.

After one month of cleaning our customers are sent a survey to see if there are any suggestions for improvement. This survey is then sent every 6 months.

We encourage our customers to pay for the cleaning via Standing Order. This way our customers can just sit back and relax.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have created processes to ensure customer & staff safety.
