Domestic & Commercial
As Maxine’s Pristine Clean is primarily a domestic cleaning service, based on trust and reliability, we strive to ensure the right candidates are selected for the job. Since we began employing staff in 2014 we have created an effective hiring and training process to provide the same service throughout the company. We are very proud of the Maxine’s Pristine Dream Team..
Chantal
Chantal has been a member of the team since July 2017 cleaning for a variety of customers in Kingswood, Lyde Green and Mangotsfield.. Maxine and Chantal’s relationship started long before; when they worked as part of a team for a separate company carrying out cleaning at a school. As soon as Maxine received Chantal’s application she knew Chantal would be a huge asset to the team.

Susan
Sue has been cleaning customers houses in Bedminster & Totterdown since September 2020. Sue’s previous work experience has lead her to be passionate about customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Hayley
Hayley has been a member of the Pristine team since February 2022, cleaning houses in Bedminster and Southville. Hayley has a tonne of experience in the cleaning industry and it shows. Hayley’s passion for cleaning shines through, especially when she is given a new house to clean. She is living up to the Pristine title!

Becky
Becky’s initial application to join Maxine’s Pristine clean was received at a time when we did not have a position available in her area. Lucky for us we were able to get her on board a couple of months later when a position opened up. From April 2022 Becky has proven to be extremely hard working, super friendly and always goes above and beyond. Becky cleans throughout BS6, BS7 & BS9.

Dezrene
Dezrene joined Maxine’s Pristine Clean in October 2022 and covers Montpelier and St Werburgh’s. Since Dezrene began the role her customers have slowly increased giving her time to settle into the role. Dezrene is now fully booked with many happy customers. Dezrene is friendly but also incredibly focused.

Lisa
Lisa has been a member of the Pristine Team since April 2025. Lisa is local to Keynsham making her the perfect match to clean in the Keynsham area.
*Lisa has one space available, in Keynsham, on a Tuesday afternoon.
Angela
Since May 2024 Angela has been cleaning homes in Chew Valley on Thursdays’. As Angela lives in Whitchurch she would like to clean homes in Whitchurch or Stockwood on a Wednesday.

Naseem
Naseem is the newest member to join the Pristine Team. Naseem started out carrying out a weekly commercial clean for Maxine’s Pristine clean. She has done such a good job we will be booking a few houses for her to clean as well. Naseem will be cleaning homes in Fishponds.

Prem
Prem is a Bristol university student. Alongside his studies he cleans an office in Bristol city centre 2 evenings per week.
Vanessa
Vanessa is also a Bristol Uni student, working in Bristol city centre,one evening per week.
Nasteha
Nasteha is cleaning one evening per week at an office in St Anne’s.
