Terms and Conditions

By ordering Maxine's Pristine Clean by telephone or email the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice.

 Our Service:

• All cleans must be a minimum of 2 hours per visit, either once per week or once per fortnight.

 Payment:

• All domestic services are charged at a rate of £15 per hour.

• Payments can be made by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques must be made payable to Maxine's Pristine Clean.

• Payments are to be made the day the service is carried out.

 Change in circumstance:

• Cancellation of service requires one weeks notice on part of the company and two weeks notice on part of the customer.

 Your obligations:

• We provide all products needed to carry out a sufficient clean, however specialist cleaning products such as for specific surfaces or eco-friendly products must be provided by the client.

• A vacuum should be provided by customer unless other arrangements have been made.

 Security:

• Each member of staff is fully insured and CRB checked.
