Domestic & Commercial
As Maxine’s Pristine Clean is primarily a domestic cleaning service, based on trust and reliability, we strive to ensure the right candidates are selected for the job. Since we began employing staff in 2014 we have created an effective hiring and training process to provide the same service throughout the company. We are very proud of the Maxine’s Pristine Dream Team..
Chantal
Chantal has been a member of the team since July 2017 cleaning for a variety of customers in Kingswood, Lyde Green and Mangotsfield.. Maxine and Chantal’s relationship started long before; when they worked as part of a team for a separate company carrying out cleaning at a school. As soon as Maxine received Chantal’s application she knew Chantal would be a huge asset to the team.

Susan
Sue has been cleaning customers houses in Bedminster & Totterdown since September 2020. Sue’s previous work experience has lead her to be passionate about customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Hayley
Hayley has been a member of the Pristine team since February 2022, cleaning houses in Bedminster and Southville. Hayley has a tonne of experience in the cleaning industry and it shows. Hayley’s passion for cleaning shines through, especially when she is given a new house to clean. She is living up to the Pristine title!

Becky
Becky’s initial application to join Maxine’s Pristine clean was received at a time when we did not have a position available in her area. Lucky for us we were able to get her on board a couple of months later when a position opened up. From April 2022 Becky has proven to be extremely hard working, super friendly and always goes above and beyond. Becky cleans throughout BS6, BS7 & BS9.

Dezrene
Dezrene joined Maxine’s Pristine Clean in October 2022 and covers Montpelier and St Werburgh’s. Since Dezrene began the role her customers have slowly increased giving her time to settle into the role. Dezrene is now fully booked with many happy customers. Dezrene is friendly but also incredibly focused.

Danni
When Danni’s daughter started nursery in September 2023 she decided it was time to start a new challenge herself. Danni cleans two days per week in Longwell Green. Danni has created good relationships with her clients who always have good things to say about her standard of cleaning.

Beth
Similar to Danni, Beth’s daughter started school in September 2023 and so she was tasked with finding a role to fit in with school times. Since then Beth has been cleaning homes in the Chew Valley area. A lot of the homes Beth cleans have en-suite bathrooms and so she cleans around 16 bathrooms per week!! Beth has a passion for creating a clean and tidy space for her customers and it shows. Beth’s favourite routine is to clean a house from upstairs to downstairs because if she clean downstairs first and then the upstairs the dirt might float down the stairs - makes sense!

Irene
Irene’s background in working within an office setting has leant to her professionalism since she began the role at Maxine’s Pristine Clean in October 2023. Since then she has settled into the role well cleaning homes in Hanham and Longwell Green.

Libby
Libby is a busy mum of two who is no stranger to spending lot’s of time tidying and cleaning. She has had her own cleaning clients in the past so she fit into the role seamlessly, now cleaning for customers in the Keynsham area for Maxine’s Pristine Clean. Since starting the role in November 2023 she has impressed Maxine with her ability to juggle so much and still bring a smile to the workplace.

Grace
Grace carries out cleaning one evening per week in Keynsham. Grace has incredibly high standards and loves getting stuck into the role.
Eleanor
Eleanor is a Bristol university student. Alongside her studies she cleans two offices in Bristol city centre.
Limone
Limone has worked at the company in the past and we were delighted to welcome her back once again. Limone cleans an office in Bristol city centre two evenings per week.
Lily
Whilst Lily completes her college education she is cleaning one evening per week at an office in St Anne’s.
